I ran into my homie Jesse Boykins III in Miami today. He happens to be kinda like a big deal within the R&B scene, but today he was showing off some of his linguistics (ladies… be ez) when ordering his breakfast in spanish.

Jesse Boykins Jammin at Rucker Park

The kid Jesse Boykins (R&B sensation) was asked by NIKE and Dime Magazine to perform the National anthem at Rucker Park during an EBC game. The caveat was, they wanted the Marvin Gaye rendition from the 1983 NBA All Star Game.

No easy task, of course, but he did his MOTHER-EFFIN thang (and not just cuz he’s my peoples)!
