Talking Big “Game” at Jay-Z

After listening to this interview (click here to listen) it sounds like a very weak ploy at using Jay-Z’ celebrity to bolster up album sales for the Game’s forthcoming album.
Another interesting tid bit from this interview (aside from the radio host JOCKING the Game the entire time) is the indecisiveness of the Game.
First he’s talking about “ripping Jay’s head off, busting his lips and turning the Rocafella sign into a pee stain.” (PAUSE x 3)
Then on another note he’s saying he’s a fan and has the utmost respect for Mr. Carter.
NOW!! I believe in “Thuggin 101″ it clearly states that you do not dis your opponent (which in this case is really like GAME’s dad) in one breath and then suck him in the very next.
I understand that the rap game has a long history of beefs and using each other to boost album sales, etc. However, the beef angle is so tired and overused that if Hip Hop wants to improve the state of the genre it needs to urge it’s rappers to find more creative ways to get CD’s flying off the shelves.
I guess “Jocking Jay-Z” dropped at the right time, eh?
