Family to file lawsuit against maker of metal baseball bat
This is wicked…Click Here for Full Story! I feel bad for the circumstances the kid is facing, but seriously folks how can you blame the manufacturer of a baseball bat for what happened?
I remember a friend of mine was on the mound pitching in a softball game once and caught a line drive straight to his nose. You’d thought the kid has died with all the blood on the field.
Unfortunately, these are hazards of the game.
